🍽️ Ford’s Garage at Plantation Walk offers a unique dining experience with a 1920s service station vibe, featuring vintage cars and a hand-hammered copper bar. A standout feature is the ice track along the bar, keeping beers perfectly chilled, ideal for craft beer lovers. I really love that ice track!

The bar offers a wide selection of local and national brews, making it a popular spot for beer enthusiasts. The menu boasts Black Angus burgers with inventive toppings, comfort foods like BBQ pork ribs and mac ‘n cheese, and healthier options like vibrant salads and grilled dishes. With friendly service and a lively yet relaxed atmosphere, Ford’s Garage is a must-visit for burger and beer fans. My good friend Samara works there. When you visit ask for her!

👨‍🚒 Plantation Resident Alex Cedeno graduated from the Hialeah Fire Department Academy! The Plantation Fire Dept attended the graduation to show our support for him and our friends at Hialeah Fire.

The training academy was 16 grueling weeks of training and drills. His day started at 4:30 am and wouldn’t end until into the night. Alex and his 25-01 classmates did an amazing job under the supervision of the Hialeah Fire Training Division.

Alex is a former Plantation Firefighter and we are so proud of him as he continues his fire service career in the great City of Hialeah. Thank you Hialeah Fire for giving this young man the opportunity.

Alex’s family owns Cedenos Cuban Cafe in the Broward Mall. If you have never been there you must check them out. Some of the best authentic Cuban cuisine around!
