🧠 Fun Fact: Get ready for your mind to be blown: THERE ARE 7,159 LANGUAGES SPOKEN IN THE WORLD TODAY! 😳 I’m rarely ever caught completely off guard, but learning this floored me. I had no idea there were that many.

According to Ethnologue.com, that number is constantly in flux, because we're learning more about the world's languages every day. And beyond that, the languages themselves are in flux.

They’re living and dynamic, used by communities whose lives are shaped by our rapidly changing world. This is a fragile time: Roughly 44% of all languages are now endangered, often with fewer than 1,000 users remaining.

Meanwhile, the world's 20 largest languages are the native tongue of more than 3.7 billion people total.

That's just 0.3% of the world's languages accounting for nearly half of the world’s population!

🇺🇸 The Fourth of July Parade in Plantation was incredible. Watch the story on WPLG 10. We hope residents of Pembroke Pines swung by to enjoy our events since Pembroke Pines cancelled everything due to weather 🌤️ (go straight to the comments YIKES!) 👀

The City of Plantation made the right call. It’s Florida, if the weather is sus, in 20 mins it will be perfect!

Miss Miki did a great job as the Marshal. She is Plantation royalty. 👸

The fireworks ended a perfect day celebrating our Independence Day! We hope the Pembroke Pines residents came by so they could see fireworks too. We kid Pembroke Pines. We kid.

👷‍♂️ 🔨 Broward Mall Update The 17 acre site formerly known as Sears was acquired in Dec 2024. The new owners are going to develop it and remove this ‘eyesore’ from Midtown.
