🧠 Fun Facts Today is World Dreams Day! The theme this year is “Dream Together.” Many of us have dreams to make the world a better place, but life often gets in the way of acting on those dreams.

World Dreams Day was created to encourage us to do our best to turn our dreams into reality, so try to find ways to fulfill your dreams today!

🇺🇸 Hometown Heroes Banner Program is back! The City honors active service members and veterans with ties to Plantation by displaying their portraits on banners along Broward Blvd.

Banners are located on Broward between Bank of America and Publix. The banners are amazing, make sure you look out for them.

✍️ MLK Essay Contest 

City of Plantation 2025 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Essay Topic:

If we are to have peace on earth, our loyalties must become ecumenical rather than sectional. Our loyalties must transcend our race, our tribe, our class, and our nation; and this means we must develop a world perspective.
