🏃‍♀️ Plantation Goes Pink 5K Run/Walk Race in Central Park was this Sunday. Benefitting breast cancer awareness. Great job by the 68 City Employees who participated!

⛑️ Medicare Open Enrollment Began Yesterday and it ends on Dec 7th. Review your Medicare options! While Medicare Advantage plans (HMOs) may look appealing with added perks, they often limit your doctor choices and benefits over time.

🏃‍♂️‍➡️ 👻 Wicked Wild Frightnight 5K Wicked Bread & WildSide Online have partnered to bring us this Halloween Fright Night race in Central Park on 10/24 at 6p. There will be trick or treating at vendor stations during the race. Details.

The night will end with a Halloween Bash & costume contest! Stop by Wicked Bread and tell Eddie & Betty that you’ll be at the race!

💜 Wear Purple Day is today. Mayor Nick Sortal has a post in Plantation Nation asking everyone to wear purple today in honor of domestic violence victims. Many who suffer in complete silence. We have to stamp out violence in the home.

This small gesture could mean a lot to those in this terrible situation. I hope anyone struggling with this finds a way out and is safe and gets to live in peace.
