🧠 Fun Facts 🎧 Today is iPod day! On Oct 23rd in 2001, Apple introduced the very first iPod. This tiny device changed how the world listens to music.
Before streaming and smartphones, the iPod put “1,000 songs in your pocket,” and sparked a digital music revolution.
The status quo was broken; actually shattered. And within the next decade we would see streaming movies, music, and on demand entertainment right at your fingertips.
I remember this time fondly, but I was conflicted. “What am I going to do with my massive collection of CD’s?” First World problem for sure.
Winners in this changing time was the consumer. In about 6 years, lovers of music and movies were about to be blessed with smart phones with the introduction of the iPhone in 2007.
Entertainment was about to be on demand. Something that most of use couldn’t have ever even dreamed about.
Today, we celebrate the gadget that made playlists personal and turned everyday moments into mini concerts!
You can let us know how you made the jump into the digital music world with today’s reader poll. It’s down below. So, make sure you vote!
