🍋🟩 Fresh Flavors at Lime Fresh Mexican Grill Lime Fresh invited The Buzz to try it’s bold new flavors spiced up menu! And I always say, “There is nothing more American than Mexican food,” so I tried it all, and WOW! Watch new menu items recap here. Leading the charge: award-winning Mahi Mahi Tacos, which won top honors at the 2024 South Beach Seafood Festival’s “Battle Taco” competition! Impressive!! Each taco showcases line-caught mahi mahi, a cabbage mix, tomatillo ranch, pickled red cabbage, and mint. It was delicious.
Other must-tries include crispy Chicken and Portobello Empanadas, Street Corn, and fully loaded Nachos. The Street Corn featuring roasted sweet corn, cotija cheese, tomatillo ranch, lime crema, crumbled tortilla chips, pico de gallo and cilantro is divine; and a MUST have when you visit Lime in the Fountains at 801 S University Drive.
Quesadilla lovers can choose from Vegetarian, Carne Asada, or a Classic option. New salads like the Smoky Chipotle and Chopped Salad add a fresh twist, while the sizzling Bim Bim Fajita brings bold flavors—and a bit of table-side excitment. The new menu items are a fun, flavorful upgrade from Mexican cuisine with a Miami vibe, definitely worth checking out! Tell them that the Plantation Buzz sent you! 3 Things That Can Inspire Your Greatest Self
As we wrap up this week, here are three simple yet powerful sources of inspiration to help you step into your best self:
Gratitude – Taking a moment each day to reflect on what you’re thankful for shifts your mindset and fuels positivity. Gratitude keeps you grounded while motivating you to keep growing.
Challenge – Growth lives outside your comfort zone. Embrace challenges as opportunities to learn, stretch, and prove to yourself just how capable you really are.
Connection – Surround yourself with people who uplift, support, and challenge you to be better. Real inspiration often comes from the energy and example of those around us.
Thomas Edison famously said, "I have not failed 10,000 times. I have successfully found 10,000 ways that will not work."
Remember, becoming your greatest self is a journey—keep showing up, keep learning, and stay inspired. You’ve got this!
